Manager of Clinical Counseling Services

As the Manager of Clinical Services at PCA, Ricky is responsible for overseeing the mental health services provided by the in-house therapy team including the recruitment, training, and supervision of PCA’s therapists and clinical interns. Ricky also supervises the CVHT Assessment Specialist who assists in identifying and supporting victims and survivors of commercial exploitation/trafficking. They have worked extensively with hospital- and home-based violence intervention, integrating behavioral healthcare into medical practices, supervising Certified Peer/Recovery Specialists, and forensic services. They have spoken at various community agencies, universities, and conferences regarding trauma, interpersonal violence, sexual health and behavior, the impact of gender roles and identity, and LGBTQIA-affirming care.

Ricky is a licensed clinical social worker who holds a Master’s degree in Social Services from Bryn Mawr College.
